The Jet black casting slip is for pouring into plaster molds. This high quality casting slip will produce a deep, rich, black product. A clear gloss glaze applied over the slip will enhance the colour.Made with a quality cobalt black stain, this clay slip is food safe. The recommended firing for this clay is in an oxidation atmosphere, in an elecrtic kiln, fired to the temperature 1160-1260℃.
